UBE 98 is a security program that can encrypt your work in hand as well as having the ability to create encrypted self-extracting .exe files for distribution to others. The program uses 2048-bit encryption technology.
UBE 98 has the capacity to build Self extracting Encrypted Files, like Self Extracting Compressed files from Winzip, etc, only they contain securely encrypted files instead of compressed files. You can create a Self extracting Encrypted file by right-clicking on any file and selecting "make Encrypted Exe." This will take you to a the Self Extracting Encrypted File builder window. The name of the file will appear in the "File to Encrypt" field, then in the "Exe to create" field, the same file name will appear with the extension ".exe" tagged onto the end.
You must now type in a password for the file (because you are likely to give Self extracting Encrypted files to your freinds/collegues, you must specify a password, it isn't automatically your encryption or decryption password). You must enter this twice to confirm it, and then you must enter your own encryption password in the "My Password" field.
